It’s been two months and I’m still high off of my trip to New York for Martha Stewart’s Dreamers Into Doers event on March 6th & 7th. It was such a wonderful and inspirational trip.  I’m super super late posting about this but as I learned “life happens”.   First I will say that I was absolutely elated when I was notified that they had reserved a seat for me!  I had been pretty quiet about it for a while because I was just letting it set in but in reality….I was very excited!  I never win anything and I felt like I had won the lottery when I was selected and invited to attend the event located at the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia headquarters in New York City!  Martha Stewart is an amazing business woman and to be receiving advice from her and her team was nothing short of phenomenal.

On Monday evening, a fellow “Dreamer” coordinated a Meet and Greet to welcome us to New York! What most people don’t know about me is that most of the time I’m a wall flower.  I’m not in the mix or middle of the party, so I was very nervous and excited about meeting some super talented women.  However, it was such fun and everyone was warm and lovely.
Here are a few photos from the event:
