Planning a wedding can be extremely cumbersome and time consuming. Our wedding planning service levels are custom designed specifically to meet the needs of each couple.  Every couple is different and by offering a completely customized package, this ensures that couples are getting exactly the level of service they require.  Some couples have a wedding vision, ideas and have channeled their inner wedding planning skills, but need an expert to guide you along the way.  Other couples may be looking specifically for someone to help plan their event from start to finish.  With our wedding planning service, we are your trusted adviser to eagerly guide you through your planning process.

SED-coordination

You have worked tirelessly to plan your wedding and now it’s time to relax and enjoy it. At this level of service we will step in 2-3 months prior to your wedding date and ensure that the wedding is coordinated to sparkling perfection!  Initially, we meet to discuss your wedding and we will provide our Sparkling Checklist that will guide you along the way.  We begin by reviewing all vendor contracts for completion, identifying any gaps and ensuring that every detail is considered.  Also included in this service are periodic check-ins, the creation of a site plan, master itinerary, contract review and coordination of the wedding rehearsal and wedding day.

Many clients find themselves “in the middle” of coordination and planning levels because they may want a second opinion on their design ideas and/or someone to help bring their ideas together.  The Design + Coordination package is perfect for the couple who wants to plan their own wedding, need a coordinator but desire “design and aesthetic” guidance and expertise to make certain that their event is cohesive and that each detail truly reflects their spirits.  Initially, we meet to discuss your “wedding vision”, the details that are important to you and we create a Design Concept outlining everything from lighting, linen, rental, floral recommendations and more. This level of service includes everything in the coordination service level.

Pricing begins at $1,800 for special occasions.

Not sure where to begin or hit a roadblock in your planning process? We also offer hourly consultations where you have the opportunity to pick our brains about your event.  These consultations are designed to focus on your areas of concern and help give you guidance to move through the process.  These consultations do not include vendor recommendations.

Hourly consultations are $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  Travel fees may apply.
