Full Service and Coordination
This package is for the host(ess) that would like to plan a fabulous event without worrying about all of the details. We will work with you to create your vision and execute it from start to finish. We will plan every aspect of your event and execute with care and thoughtfulness. We believe that sparkle is in the details, so leave it all up to us.

- Initial Complimentary consultation
- Five, (2 hour) in-person consultations
- Detailed event plan and creative concept including:
- Theme selection
- Inspiration/Vision Board
- Design of detailed site and decor plan
- Budget preparation and management
- Vendor search and recommendations
- Event site location and selection assistance
- Complimentary mock-up table with design concept
- Arrange and accompany you to vendor appointments including menu tastings and selection
- Attend final appointments with vendors
- Follow-up calls to all vendors including confirming all the final details..
Radiance Package
Partial Planning and Coordination Package
You’ve got a theme, ideas and channeled your inner party planner but a lack of time? We will help you make it to that finish line.

- Three (2 hour) in-person consultations
- Assistance with theme enhancement/revisions and décor
- Coordination with the venue for all vendor specific needs (catering, rentals, florist, lighting, staging)
- Detailed event schedule including timeline, production schedule, and itinerary
- Coordination of gift, welcome, and favor bags
- Deposit reminders
- Final walkthrough of event site(s)
Glitter Package
Event Day Coordination
Your event is planned, and now you want to relax and enjoy it. We can step in and ensure that your event is filled with sparkling perfection! Our event day coordination package covers the month of your event. We step and ensure that all the t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted!
Includes:
- One (2 hour) in-person consultation to go over every detail of your event
- Review of all event plans (design, décor, vendors) to ensure theme cohesion, quality and attention to all details
- One walkthrough of event site(s)
- Review of Vendor Contracts
- Confirmation of vendors 2 weeks prior to event
- Development of the Sparkling Event Final Checklist
- Assistance with Décor Plan: assure all centerpieces, favors, place cards and décor are properly placed in accordance to décor plan
- Serve as liaison between vendors, catering management, guests, and host(ess)
- Final Payments and Gratuities to all vendors
- On site planner and assistants (as needed) to ensure a sparkling flawless event
- Unlimited email and telephone communication

Brilliant Package
We Plan You Execute!
You want to execute your party yourself but need a little inspiration and direction to get going. Our Brilliant package is for you. We will create a custom event plan and creative concept with all of the necessary details for you to execute your sparkling event! This is also great for someone planning an event outside of the Metro Washington D.C. area.
Includes:
- Creative concept of theme, décor & design.
- Inspiration diagram for design concept.
- Detailed Décor Plan: color palette, theme, table concept design, favors & any customized design element desired for the event
- Event Site Plan: including seating, floral arrangements and all design elements in the décor plan.
Flat Fee: $400
