Meetings and Communication:

  • Initial consultation to discuss in-depth details of wedding to gain a complete understanding of vision, goals and requirements for your day.
  • Assistance with budget development and financial parameters for all aspects of your wedding.
  • Unlimited phone and email communication.
  • Additional in-person consultations as needed.

 

Planning and Design:

  • Planning and Design hours to focus on areas you need assistance with.
  • Share our creative ideas with you to provide assistance with enhancing wedding theme design.
    • Suggest enhancement/revisions to décor and overall wedding.
    • Review design concept and suggest modifications/enhancements to bring a cohesive wedding design.
    • Recommend and research budget friendly alternatives
  • Organize a shared space for all wedding planning documents to be view, shared from any computer.
  • Recommend and verify availability of vendors in accordance with style and budget. Accompany you on vendor appointments as needed.
  • Coordination and communicate with the venue for all vendors specific needs (catering, rentals, florist, lighting, staging) in order to ensure wedding design and them in carried out as planned.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all vendors to ensure set-up for both ceremony and reception to ensure wedding vision is executed. Prior to wedding verify with each vendor delivery dates, times, services, etc.
  • Detailed budget development and wedding workbook.
  • Sparkling Wedding Checklist.
  • Arrange Guest Hotel Block Accommodations.
  • RSVP Management – track RSVPS, contact non-responders and solidify the final guest count.
  • Develop Ceremony & Reception Floor Plans, diagrams, etc.
  • Review all vendor contracts to ensure all items and services are provided according to your signed agreement.  To also ensure that contracts are clear, concise and pose unforeseen risk to you.
  • Develop detailed event schedule including timeline, production schedule, and itinerary. Itineraries to be provided to bridal party and wedding vendors.
  • Deposit reminders.
  • Final walkthrough of event site(s).
  • Providing wedding etiquette advice (e.g., invitation wording, thank you note wording, guidance on tipping, etc).
  • Obtaining, organizing, and having readily accessible on the day of the event, the names and (emergency) contact information for all of the vendors.
  • Coordinating the bride’s personal “day of” itinerary.
  • Coordinating and checking on out of town guests, special party members etc.

Wedding Day Set-Up and Coordination:

  • Attend/coordinate wedding rehearsal to ensure all participants understand their roles and responsibility.
  • Contact bridal party prior to wedding to ensure that they have everything that they need for the wedding to be successful.
  • Liaison with vendors, bridal party and venue to ensure wedding day run according to schedule.
  • Emergency kit for the Day of the Wedding.
  • Ensure wedding rings and marriage license are on hand.
  • Coordinate with the wedding photographer and videographer to ensure that all desired photos are captured, including rounding up bridal party/groomsmen, and any other guests requested for photos.
  • Oversee every detail for the ceremony and reception are placed accordingly, for example:
    • Guestbook, programs, ceremony decoration, altar items,
    • All flowers have been delivered to bridal party, family members, etc.
    • Executing the wedding processional/recessional.
    • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to ceremony vendors.
    • Provide assistance to you, your families and bridal party for any issues that may arise.
  • Assistance placing and/or distributing bridal party gifts and out-of-towner welcome boxes
  • Assistance (and/or coordination of) packing rental items and wedding accessories, (e.g., cake topper, toasting flutes, guestbook, etc) – providing assistance loading gifts, and/or giving to designated contact at the end of the event.
  • Assisting bride with bustling of wedding gown
  • Assistance with the return of small rental items, payments to final vendors.

Reception Set-Up and Coordination:

  • Supervise all vendor set-ups to ensure that your vision for your wedding is achieved.
  • Execute reception décor plan including, cocktail area, placecard (welcome) area, reception tables, etc.
  • Place favors, table numbers, menus and any other wedding stationery as needed on tables.
  • Coordinate with the wedding photographer to ensure that all desired photos are captured.
  • Coordinate with Master of Ceremony to ensure that reception activities flow smoothly and on schedule.  Introduction, First Dance(s), Toast, Cake, etc.
  • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to reception vendors.
  • Inspect restrooms before event begins.
  • Greet guests that arrive late.
  • On-site planner and assistants (as needed) to ensure a sparkling flawless event.

Package Price:  $5,000.00

Payment Options:  50% down, remaining 50% to be paid in two final payments following initial payment.  Inquire about additional payment schedules.

The Lovely Fine Print:

Communication at this level is unlimited.  However, we require 48 -hour notice to schedule ad-hoc in person meetings.  We do maintain standard office hours and offer evening hour calls as needed, however, these should be scheduled in advance.  This allows me to adequately prepare for our call and to make sure that you have my undivided attention.
