Ebony Sparkes, Founder and Managing Director, of Sparkling Events & Designs, LLC. has a passion for event planning and custom designs. Her passion came full circle during the planning of her very own wedding in 2004. After many years of contemplating her own business and honing her craft, in 2009 Sparkling Events & Designs, LLC. was born.
Ebony has worked in the IT industry for over 13 years where the majority of her responsibility and experience on project and quality management. It is her job to ensure that multi-million dollar projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality possible. These skills have given Ebony an innate ability to pay close attention to every detail and execute a project flawlessly. She takes a personalized approach when working with each client and considers in an honor whenever she is contracted to assist with any event.
Ebony Sparkes was also a contributor and the 1st ”Events Guru” for the metropolitan Washington, DC publication, I Am Modern. She holds the prestigious designation of Professional Bridal ConsultantTMand an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. Ebony is a Distinguished Graduate from their highly prestigious Professional Development Program. She currently serves as the Membership Director for the Virginia Branch of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
